Cabongaoan Beach

 

If you are yearning for a beach that is a rugged and secluded, you may want to visit Cabongaoan beach in Burgos Pangasinan, located south of Patar and is around a 2 hour drive from Alaminos city.

 

It is a charming white sand beach which is rather difficult to get to because of the rough road trip so make sure you vehicle is up to it.  However, when you get there you will be greeted by prestine waters and a private getaway.

 

There are some nipa huts located around the beach but more ideal for day trips.  There is also electricity and a possibility of staying overnnight.  If you are feeling adventurous enough, ask the caretakers for light bulbs and mosquito nets.
